I joined Bahamas Realty Limited 20 years ago as a Sales Associate at a time when the team had one broker and two agents. I quickly went on to receive my broker's license and have since enjoyed working largely with the luxury sales and rental market. I am proud to say that Bahamas Realty is now home to a large team of agents with a multitude of talents and as a group we bring a fantastic dynamic to the Real Estate world in the Bahamas. I am a four time winner of the "Top Producer" award for my success in the Luxury Market. I credit this success to being patient with my clients and understanding their needs. I am extremely knowledgeable in my field but have learned that it pays to "listen". I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and went to school in Canada before moving to the Bahamas and eventually getting married and having a son. We love to travel and have had the luxury of seeing many places throughout the world. I feel very blessed to have been able to show our son many adventures and different cultures. My family is my passion and I like to think that my client's feel the same way about theirs. I enjoy boating through our beautiful Bahamas with family and friends and I am an avid pilates fan. I currently sit on the Board of Directors at the Bahamas Realty Estate Association and co-chair the Development Portfolio.

Andrea joined the Terra Caribbean Trinidad team in early 2018 with over 20 years of Management experience having worked in London, Ft Lauderdale and Port of Spain. Over the years, she built an appreciation for Customer Service and Sales. In 2005, Andrea completed a certification in Interior Design and pursued this passion by successfully completing small residential and commercial remodels offering space planning, furniture design, lighting and color consultation. Andrea decided to meld her love for Design with her business experience and joined the Real Estate Industry to serve her Clients with the utmost professionalism and creativity.

Brenda joined Terra Caribbean Trinidad in 2000, in the company’s infancy, as a Sales and Rental Agent. Throughout her years at Terra Caribbean, Brenda has earned a reputation of being a thorough and comprehensive agent in all her transactions. After working in the banking sector for a number of years, Brenda made the leap to sales and has built a reputation as a stalwart and a source of information, specifically in the residential market. Awarded with two Agent of the Year awards for most transactions, Brenda has assembled an extensive clientele since her arrival at Terra Caribbean. Today, Brenda brings her property and finance acumen as she continually advises her clients, both small and large in all segments.
