The site is almost regular in shape, is fairly even in grade and has a moderate slope descending from the road to its rear, which facilitates adequate drainage of surface water. It is partially enclosed by a reinforced concrete wall at its entrance, while all other boundaries are open. The site comprises miscellaneous fruit trees and shrubberies.
